1.Italian metro has charmed my socks off: from tableaus counting down to arrival of the train in HALF minute increments to adorable retro ALLARME break signs with no apparent “foolproof” mechanism (so pretty much anyone can just use it). 2. One of the finest ways to start a day: with a real Milanese cappuccino (@Cafè rue Rivoli, Via Rivoli 2, 20121 Milan). 3. Catching a glimpse of the Sforza Castle (Piazza Castello, 27029 Milano) from the bus window on the way to Serravalle. 4. Italian countryside, somewhere in the province of Alessandria, in the region of Piedmont. 5. A must see destination for all fashionistas & fashion enthusiasts: McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Serravalle (Via della Moda, 1, 15069 Serravalle Scrivia Alessandria). 6. Coming back to Milan, at the border to the city. 7. Happy to crash at the first decent restaurant in Alzaia Naviglio Grande. 8. Me getting “trigger happy” with rustic Italian restaurant interiors. 9. … again & again ;-)
