Better not to think about it but it's hard if 1-2 times in year I have sleep paralysis - the state between wakefulness and sleep, state when sleep is disturbed in the process, you cannot move, shout, but you perceive and see everything around the room, something pushes to your chest. You must keep calm and it will pass. It's not serious to life, people doesn't talk much about it but some of them have it and you cannot cure it.
